通过对浸提温度、浸提时间、液料比和醇沉浓度的考察,确定了平菇中多糖的最佳提取工艺,在此基础上,对实验室六种培养基、两个生产周期的平菇进行了多糖含量变化的研究。结果表明:最佳浸提温度为90℃、浸提时间3h、液料比30:1、醇沉浓度90%;平菇中多糖的含量随培养基中棉籽壳与秸秆的比例的增大而增大:随着生产周期的延长、培养綦的营养成分减少,平菇中多糖的含量也随之降低:与市售平菇相比,实验室2号培养基、第二周期培养出的平菇,其多糖含量也比市售的高,说明实验室培养基种植的平姑其多糖含量更丰富。

Extraction temperature, extraction time, ratio of solvent to material and alcohol sedimentation concentration have been investigated to determine the optimum extraction process of polysaccharides from pleurotus ostreatus. On this basis, the change of polysaccharide content of six kinds of medium, two periods was studied. The results showed that, the best extraction temperature was 90 ~C, extraction time was 3 h, ratio of solvent to material was 30 : 1, alcohol sedimentation concentration was 90 %. The polysaccharide content was positive related to the ratio of cottonseed hull content to straw content. With the extension of the production period, the polysaccharide content also showed a decreasing rate, following the decrease of medium nutritional conditions. Compared with the commercial pleurotus ostreatus, the polysaccharide content of No.2 medium was still much higher.
