上行注入系统是卫星导航系统的交通枢纽,是管理控制卫星载荷和分发导航电文的唯一通道,对卫星导航系统的重要性不言而喻。文章从注入任务演变、注入策略演变以及注入频率演变等三个方面分析上行注入系统从GPSⅡ到GPSⅢ的发展变化,由此来探析其技术体制的演进原因,试图解读其技术发展特点,在此基础上提出对未来卫星导航系统上行注入系统建设的思考,为未来卫星导航系统的建设和发展提供建议和思路。

An uploading system is a traffic hub of a satellite navigation system, which is a unique channel to manage and control satellite payloads and upload navigator messages. Therefore it is very important for a satellite navigation system. This paper analyzes task evolvement, strategy evolvement and frequency evolvement of the uploading system from GPS II to GPS III, find out its developing reason, and explains its development characteristics. Then, it proposes how to construct an upload system for future satellite navigation system, which may be a suggestion for construction and development of a sat~lite navigation system.
