The course of Drug Synthetic Reactions was the main foundational and basic curriculum of pharmaceutics engineering major. Based on the curriculum characteristics and teaching practice, the paper explored and practiced the teaching method and teaching contents of Drug Synthetic Reactions. In the teaching process, we introduced the application of cases and projects teaching mode, which could stimulate students' interest in learning, improve teaching quality and enhance the teaching effect.
