化工原理实验操作是化工、制药、生物、环境等类专业的工程性很强的主干课化工原理中不可缺少的重要环节。文章以化工原理中传热单元为例,强调传热实验内容的层次安排,多角度分解传热实验教学步骤,培养学生独立思考问题的能力。提高学生参与传热实验的能动性,通过实验教学优化地安排,进行传热单元教学方案改革。从而提高学生解决实际工程问题的能力。

The principles of chemical engineering course is chemical industry, pharmacy, biology, environment and other major by a strong backbone lesson. Based on the principles of chemical engineering in heat conduct unit as an example, the emphasis on heat transfer experiment content level arrangement, training students' independent thinking ability, multi-angle decomposition heat transfer experiment teaching steps, improve the students to participate in the initiative of the heat conduct experiments, through the experiment teaching elements, optimization of arrangement, the formation process of heat conduct unit teaching scheme. So as to improve the students' ability to solve practical engineering problems.
