The organic chemistry experiment teaching is one of the most important part of chemistry, chemical engineering and other area education. In order to train high quality, high ability with innovative talents, it is imperative to improve the quality of experiment teaching. Depending on the project of priority academic program development of Jiangsu higher education institutions, the author attempted to improve the teaching quality of the organic chemistry experiment teaching through optimizing the discipline construction, experiment content, teaching method and experiment management, which can inspire the students' learning interest and a good results were received.
