文章研究了间甲笨氧基苯甲醛酯化合成右旋苯氰菊酯,通过对催化剂类型及用量、物料配比及反应的温度等工艺条件的对比优化,找到了合成右旋苯氰菊酯的酯化反应的最优工艺条件。间甲苯氧基苯甲醛:氰化钠:催化剂Cmol比为1.03~1.05:1.0:1.15-1.2,以溶剂M做溶剂,在10℃左右反应8个小时,目标产品右旋苯氰菊酯的含量及收率均达93%以上。

The esterification of m-methylbenzeoxybenzaldehyde to preparating D-cyphenothrin has been studied. In order to find the most optimum technology, the reaction conditions such as the catalyst, the ratio of raw materials, and the reaction temperation have been consindered. As a result, both the content and the yield are above 93 %, when the ratio of raw materials isl.03-1.05 : 1.0:1.15-1.2, using mineral ether as solvent, under the conditions of about 10 ℃, with a 8 -hours reaction time.
