文章介绍了两种微蚀体系-单过硫酸氢钾复合物(PPS)I磷酸/稳定剂体系及单过硫酸氢铆复合物/硫酸体系,研究了温度、浓度、铜含量等因素对二体系在蚀刻过程中的影响。结果表明,PPS/磷酸/稳定剂体系具有更高效、更呵靠、更稳定等特点,能更好的满足PCB蚀刻的要求。

The paper introduced two micro-etching system, Potassium Monopersulfate (PPS)/phosphoric acid/stabilizing agent and Potassium Monopersulfate/ sulfuric acid system. We studied the effect factors such as the temperature, concentration, copper content during the etching process. The result indicated that PPS/phosphoric acid/stabilizing agent system was more controllable and more stable to meet the request of micro-etching in PCB industry.
