中国高等教育的大众化发展使得高等学校毕业生的就业环节走上市场化发展道路,在用人双方的市场化选择过程中,大学生的择业观对大学生能否顺利择业起到至关重要的作用。随着社会的发展,大学生的择业观念日益多元,这其中既有积极的择业观,能够促成大学生顺利择业,同时也存在着对择业认知的误区,阻碍着大学生的择业进程。本文通过家庭、社会、高校以及大学生自身四个方面对大学生的择业行为进行论述,帮助其树立适应时代要求的择业观。

Popularization of higher education in China makes the employment of graduates in the universities become market-oriented gradually.In this condition,the employment outlook of college students plays a vital role for getting into successful careers.With the development of society,the students' education outlook varies,among which,there are both correct employment outlook and misunderstandings.The positive one will promote the students to be enrolled in the job market successfully;however,the negative one will decrease the opportunity of their employment.In this article,we will talk about the four factors that affect the students' cognition and judgment of occupation,namely,family,society,universities,and the students themselves.It is expected that the college students can finally form the correct employment outlook by reading this article.
