应力测试是石油钻机井架检测的主要项目之一,传统的应变测试系统缺点是需要大量布线,效率低下。针对传统有线应变测试系统存在的问题,设计了基于无线网络的钻机井架应变测试系统。这种无线测试系统具有测试精度高、稳定性强、高效率、高可靠性、低功耗等优点,适合钻机井架检测中应用。

Strain test was one of the inspection methods of oil derrick.The shortcomings of original strain test system were requirement of a mount of wires and its low efficiency.The wireless stress system based on wireless network was designed to avoid the shortcomings of traditional wire strain test system.The wireless stress system had advantages of high precision,stable,efficiency,reliable,low power waste and appropriate for the inspection of oil derrick.
