通过实验确定活性黑RL染料的合成工艺。本文采用γ酸重氮化后,在低温酸性条件下与1-(4-磺酸基苯基)-3-羧基-5-吡唑啉酮偶合,2,5-二甲氧基对位酯重氮化后与上述产物进行第二次偶合,偶合产物经Cu络合后盐析、干燥得到活性黑RL染料成品。最佳工艺条件为:重氮反应温度控制在0~5℃、偶合反应时pH=7.5~8、Cu络合反应时温度控制在110℃、pH=6~6.2。
通過實驗確定活性黑RL染料的閤成工藝。本文採用γ痠重氮化後,在低溫痠性條件下與1-(4-磺痠基苯基)-3-羧基-5-吡唑啉酮偶閤,2,5-二甲氧基對位酯重氮化後與上述產物進行第二次偶閤,偶閤產物經Cu絡閤後鹽析、榦燥得到活性黑RL染料成品。最佳工藝條件為:重氮反應溫度控製在0~5℃、偶閤反應時pH=7.5~8、Cu絡閤反應時溫度控製在110℃、pH=6~6.2。
통과실험학정활성흑RL염료적합성공예。본문채용γ산중담화후,재저온산성조건하여1-(4-광산기분기)-3-최기-5-필서람동우합,2,5-이갑양기대위지중담화후여상술산물진행제이차우합,우합산물경Cu락합후염석、간조득도활성흑RL염료성품。최가공예조건위:중담반응온도공제재0~5℃、우합반응시pH=7.5~8、Cu락합반응시온도공제재110℃、pH=6~6.2。
The synthesis technology of reactive dye RL was introduced.Firstly,γ-acid was diazotized,coupled with 1-(4-sulphophenyl)-3-carboxyl-5-pyrazolone in low temperature and at acid condition.Secondly,2,5-dimethoxy para-ester was diazotized too,then coupled with the coupling products above again.Thirdly,secondary coupling products after copper-complexing,salting-out,drying,thus reactive dye RL was got.The optimum process conditions: diazotized at 0~5 ℃,coupled at pH=7.5~8,copper-complexing at 110 ℃,and pH=6~6.2.
