5-氟尿嘧啶衍生物在医药及化工行业中的应用非常广泛。本文改进以苯甲酸和5-氟尿嘧啶为原料合成N1,N3-二苯甲酰基-5-氟尿嘧啶的方法,经质谱、核磁共振波谱以及红外光谱确证了产物结构,并采用正交试验优化反应条件。经优化,该法使产率从原来的30%提高到79.9%,且后处理简便。

5-fluorouracil derivatives had important sense on production in industry and medical vocation.The synthesis technology of N1,N3-dibenzoyl-5-fluorouracil using benzoic acid and 5-fluorouracil as row materials was improved.The improved method made the yield increase from 30% to 79.9% and simplified the post-treatment.Structure of the compound was identified by HRMS,1H NMR,13C NMR,and IR,and orthogonal test was used to explore the optimum reaction conditions.
