以研究酸化压裂液破乳剂为目的,通过瓶试法和光散射法相结合,结果表明:破乳剂N922对原油乳状液的破乳效果最明显,并且确定了破乳剂的最佳用量。同时通过实验验证了光散射法可通过液滴粒径变化率、澄清度、稳定性系数等微观特性对原油乳状液破乳剂进行微观分析,而且与瓶试法有很好的一致性。
以研究痠化壓裂液破乳劑為目的,通過瓶試法和光散射法相結閤,結果錶明:破乳劑N922對原油乳狀液的破乳效果最明顯,併且確定瞭破乳劑的最佳用量。同時通過實驗驗證瞭光散射法可通過液滴粒徑變化率、澄清度、穩定性繫數等微觀特性對原油乳狀液破乳劑進行微觀分析,而且與瓶試法有很好的一緻性。

In order to research the demulsifieres of water-in-crude oil emulsion formed by acid fracturing,through the light-scattering and bottle test method,the experiment results showed that the N922 was better demulsifier for water-in-crude oil emulsion,and the optimum dosage of the demulsifier was determined.The experiment also verified that the light-scattering can be used as a method to reflect the microscopic demulsification of emulsion by diameter rate,clarity degree change and stability coefficient,etc.
