从工厂循环冷却水水池中采集水样,利用最大可能计数法（MPN法）研究三种杀菌剂HL-501（二氧化氯）、HL-502（氯锭）、HL-507（活性溴）的不同浓度、不同杀菌时间对工业循环冷却水中的硫酸盐还原菌（Sulfate-Reducing Bacteria,SRB）的杀菌效果的影响,并对它们的杀菌情况进行对比。结果表明：与其他两种杀菌剂相比,HL-507是最有效的杀菌剂;当杀菌剂浓度为40 mg/L、杀菌1 h时,HL-507对SRB具有很好的杀菌效果。
종공엄순배냉각수수지중채집수양,이용최대가능계수법（MPN법）연구삼충살균제HL-501（이양화록）、HL-502（록정）、HL-507（활성추）적불동농도、불동살균시간대공업순배냉각수중적류산염환원균（Sulfate-Reducing Bacteria,SRB）적살균효과적영향,병대타문적살균정황진행대비。결과표명：여기타량충살균제상비,HL-507시최유효적살균제;당살균제농도위40 mg/L、살균1 h시,HL-507대SRB구유흔호적살균효과。
The samples used were taken from the pool of circulation cooling water of industry,and the efficiencies of the SRB by three bactericides(HL-501,HL-502,HL-507) were investigated in different concentrations and sterilizing time using the Most Probable Number(MPN) method.The result showed that HL-507 was the most efficient bactericide to SRB compare with others and HL-507 at 40 mg/L had the best bactericidal effects when sterilized in 1 h.
