将从活性污泥中筛出的高效微生物絮凝菌复合培养产絮凝剂。通过单因子实验获得复合菌最适发酵条件为淀粉10 g/L,尿素0.5 g/L,KH2PO4 2 g/L,K2HPO40.5 g/L,Fe2(SO4)30.2 g/L,pH 7.0~7.2,T=28℃、160 r/min培养24 h;形成的发酵液应用于高岭土废水絮凝实验中,絮凝剂添加1%,CaCl2(5%)添加1%,慢搅15 min,静置15 min后测得的絮凝效果最佳。复合菌经发酵及絮凝条件优化后,絮凝率可达97.07%,絮凝效果与常用的PAM效果相当,且更经济。
將從活性汙泥中篩齣的高效微生物絮凝菌複閤培養產絮凝劑。通過單因子實驗穫得複閤菌最適髮酵條件為澱粉10 g/L,尿素0.5 g/L,KH2PO4 2 g/L,K2HPO40.5 g/L,Fe2(SO4)30.2 g/L,pH 7.0~7.2,T=28℃、160 r/min培養24 h;形成的髮酵液應用于高嶺土廢水絮凝實驗中,絮凝劑添加1%,CaCl2(5%)添加1%,慢攪15 min,靜置15 min後測得的絮凝效果最佳。複閤菌經髮酵及絮凝條件優化後,絮凝率可達97.07%,絮凝效果與常用的PAM效果相噹,且更經濟。

All strains isolated from activated sludge were mixed and cultivated to produce microbial flocculant.Through single factor experiments,the optimum fermentation conditions were as follows: starch 10 g/L,urea 0.5 g/L,KH2PO4 2 g/L,K2HPO4 0.5 g/L,Fe2(SO4)3 0.2 g/L,pH 7.0~7.2,28 ℃,160 r/min,and culture time 24 h.The best flocculation results for kaolin wastewater were obtained when microbial flocculant was 1%(φ),5%(ω) CaCl2 solution dosage was 1%(φ),slow stiring 15 min,and stewing 15 min.Under such optimized conditions,the flocculation rate was up to 97.07%,and the flocculent effect was comparable of PAM flocculant,but more economy.
