高校二级教学督导即指二级学院的教学督导,目前我国高校教学督导理论还在不断探索中,工作还没有统一的要求和模式,认识和实践都处于探索阶段,多数还处于定位不甚明确,作用没有充分发挥的状态。从理论和实践两个方面明确四个定位的基础上,提出监督检查、评价指导、促进教研、桥梁纽带、导学促管、参谋咨询六个作用。

The college secondary teaching supervision was the teaching supervision of secondary academy under college,and the majority of them were still in the state of unclear positioning and the role without sufficient played at present in our country,since the theory,understanding and practice of the college secondary teaching supervision was still in exploring,and there were no uniform requirements and models in the work.The six roles of supervision and inspection,evaluation and guidance,promoting teaching and research,bridge linking,guiding learning and promoting administration were proposed based on four clear positioning from both theoretical and practical aspects.
