建立了高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术检测化妆品中硬脂酸含量的方法,并评价其定量分析的准确性、线性、重复性和检出限。结果显示,在三种化妆品中,硬脂酸的含量为2%~3%。相关系数R2〉0.99,线性关系良好。本方法操作方便,可用于化妆品中硬脂酸的产品质量监控。

A method based on HPLC-MS was developed for the determination of stearic acid which was contained in cosmetic.Good separation was achieved by HPLC using a ZORBAX SB-C18(150 mm×2.1 mm×5 μm) column after optimization of all relevant parameters.The target compound was identified by mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization(ESI in negative-ion detection mode).The calibration curves of stearic acid showed high linearity over a concentration range of 0.0166~16.6 mg/L-1.The detection limits at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3 were 0.0166 mg·L-1.The method may be beneficial for studying the content of stearic acid in the cosmetic.
