根据分子设计的原则,采用"一步一釜法"合成出一种带长侧链聚醚基团、羧酸基团和磺酸基团的聚羧酸系高效减水剂。通过正交试验和单因素优化,最佳制备工艺为n(mPEG)∶n(MA)∶n(MAS)=1∶6.875∶0.75,APS用量为单体总重量的3.5%,80℃反应2.5 h后90℃再反应0.5 h。聚羧酸减水剂的掺量为0.8%时,C40混凝土的初始塌落度为235 mm,1 h后塌落度为85 mm,含气量为3.8%,28 d的强度高达62.7 MPa。

Based on the principle of molecular design,a polycarboxylic type superplasticizer was synthesized with long side-chain polyether group,carboxylic group and sulfonic group by the method of "one step and one kettle".The best reactant ratio were n(mPEG):n(MA):n(MAS)=1.0:6.875:0.75 and APS=3.5%,and the optimal reaction conditions were 80 ℃ for 2.5 h and then 90 ℃ for 0.5 h,which was obtained via orthogonal test and single factor optimize.The initial slump of C40 concrete containing the 0.8% superplasticizer was 235 mm and remained 85 mm after 1 h.Air content of the concrete was 3.8%,and its strength reached up to 62.7 MPa at 28 d.
