以苯乙酸、三乙烯四胺与氯乙醇为原料合成了咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂,并用红外光谱进行表征。用极化曲线对咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂在不同用量、温度和浸泡时间下的缓释性能进行评价。结果表明:咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能并不随用量的不断增加而增强,而是在最佳用量下缓蚀性能最强;随着浸泡体系温度的升高,缓释效率降低;咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂分子在K55钢基体表面达到饱和吸附时,缓释效率最大,随着浸泡时间的增加缓释效率降低。
以苯乙痠、三乙烯四胺與氯乙醇為原料閤成瞭咪唑啉季銨鹽緩蝕劑,併用紅外光譜進行錶徵。用極化麯線對咪唑啉季銨鹽緩蝕劑在不同用量、溫度和浸泡時間下的緩釋性能進行評價。結果錶明:咪唑啉季銨鹽緩蝕劑的緩蝕性能併不隨用量的不斷增加而增彊,而是在最佳用量下緩蝕性能最彊;隨著浸泡體繫溫度的升高,緩釋效率降低;咪唑啉季銨鹽緩蝕劑分子在K55鋼基體錶麵達到飽和吸附時,緩釋效率最大,隨著浸泡時間的增加緩釋效率降低。

A chemical compound of imidazoline quaternary-ammonium-salt was synthesized using phenylacetic acid,triethylenetetramine and chlorohydrin as raw materials.The as-prepared imidazoline quaternary-ammonium-salt was characterized by infrared absorption spectra(IR).The corrosion inhibition property of imidazoline quaternary-ammonium-salt was evaluated by immersion test in mud acid(12%HCl+3%HF).The results indicated that the corrosion inhibitor quantity,immersion time and immersion temperature had an obvious influence on the corrosion inhibition rate of the K55 steel in the mud acid.
