采用电化学聚合方法,以丝素肽为单体在铅笔芯电极表面上合成聚丝素肽。用零流电位法研究了聚丝素肽与乙醇结合反应的动力学方程,聚丝素肽与乙醇结合反应符合一级动力学方程:ln(1-τi)=-k[EtOH]0ti(其中1-τi=Ezcp,τi-Ezcp,τ=1/Ezcp,τ=0-Ezcp,τ=1),速率常数k为4.25×103s-1,半衰期t1/2为1.63×10-4s。

Silk peptide as monomer was polymerized poly silk peptide by the using of electrochemical polymerization method in pencil refill electrode,The dynamics equation of the interaction of poly silk peptide and ethanol was investigated by zero current potentiometry,which was applied to explore kinetic parameters.It found that the poly silk peptide binding with ethanol accorded with first order kinetics equation,which was ln(1-τi)=-k0ti,among 1-τi represents(Ezcp,τi-Ezcp,τ=1)/(Ezcp,τ=0-Ezcp,τ=1).And the chemical reaction rate constant and half-life were also obtained,k was 4.25×103 s-1,t1/2 was 1.63×10-4 s,respectively.
