废弃印刷线路板现有回收处理技术效率低,易造成资源的浪费和环境二次污染一直是关注的焦点。本文着重探讨了水热技术在废弃印刷线路板基材中非金属回收处理方面的应用。对水热处理废弃印刷线路板基材中非金属物料的机理进行了初步探索。结果表明:废印刷线路板水热降解的主要产物是苯酚等酚类物质,且存在水解和热解两种降解途径。

Waste PCBs was always the focus because of high-value by recycling,low efficiency of the existing recycling technology,waste of resources and secondary pollution.The application of hydrothermal technology in recycling waste printed circuit boards non-metallic substrate was discussed mainly.An initial exploration of the mechanism of the hydrothermal treatment of waste printed circuit board non-metallic substrate was carried out.The results showed that the products of hydrothermal degradation of waste printed circuit boards were phenolic compounds,and the two degradation pathways of the hydrolysis process and pyrolysis process probably existed.
