提出基于流控传输协议(SCTP)的通信方式,以解决在电力通信网络与输电线路同时故障时,通过保证信息传输的实时性和可靠性来实现广域后备保护迅速可靠动作的问题。提出提高SCTP通信实时性的措施和改进的SCTP多宿性路径切换方法,并应用于一种广域后备保护系统的信息传输中。在电力和通信系统同步仿真平台上实现通信网络及SCTP、广域后备保护代理和电网建模。仿真实验验证了所提出的通信方式在广域后备保护信息传输中应用的有效性。

When a communication link and a transmission line fail simultaneously, in order to that the wide area backup protection system (WABPS) can act quickly and reliably through ensuring real-time capability and reliability of information transmission, the communication mode based on stream control transmission protocol (SCTP) is proposed. The measure to improve real-time capability and the improved path switching method based on multi-homing for SCTP are proposed, and applied to information transmission of a WABPS. The communication network and SCTP, WABPS agents and the power grid modeling are implemented on electric power and communication synchronizing simulator (EPOCHS) platform. The effectiveness of the proposed communication mode used in WABPS information transmission is verified by simulations.
