在传统立式衣柜、手动式更衣吊篮的基础上,提出了基于RFID识别技术、三维运动平台对更衣吊篮进行自动定位和升降控制的策略,并以凌阳单片机SPCE061A为控制器设计了RFID人员识别及吊篮定位模拟控制系统。系统完成联机调试,能够实现煤矿浴室更衣吊篮的定位识别、升降控制等功能,可以为煤矿工人提供自动化和人性化的更衣吊篮服务。
在傳統立式衣櫃、手動式更衣弔籃的基礎上,提齣瞭基于RFID識彆技術、三維運動平檯對更衣弔籃進行自動定位和升降控製的策略,併以凌暘單片機SPCE061A為控製器設計瞭RFID人員識彆及弔籃定位模擬控製繫統。繫統完成聯機調試,能夠實現煤礦浴室更衣弔籃的定位識彆、升降控製等功能,可以為煤礦工人提供自動化和人性化的更衣弔籃服務。

The location strategy is presented, which is used to automatically control the hanging basket for changing clothes being located and lifting using RFID recognition technology and 3D movement platform on the basis of traditional vertical chest and manual type change clothes hanging basket, and researchers recognition simulation system based on the RFID recognition technology is designed by using SPCE061A MCU made in sunplus. After completed online adjustment, the system can realize the control functions of locating and lifting the personnel change clothes hanging baskets, and can provide automation and humanized hanging basket change clothes service for the coal mine workers.
