以C8051F120单片机为主控核心，结合三相电能专用计量芯片ATTT022E，设计了一种配电变压器运行状态监测终端。对硬件和软件设计进行了说明，实现了对变压器电压电流值、有功功率、无功功率、电能和功率因数等参数的实时监控。该装置具有精度高、可靠性强、性价比高等特点，完全能够满足配电系统的需求。

Using the C8051F120 mierocontroller as the MCU, combining a special three-phase electricenergy measurement chip ATT7022E, a kind of distribution transformer operation condition monitoring terminal is designed in this paper. The paper describes the design of hardware and software. It realizes the transformer's monitor of voltage and current value, active power, reactive power, energy and power-factor. The terminal has the characteristics of high precision, high reliability, high performance-price ratio, and can meet the needs of distribution system excellently.
