高校辅导员是对高校大学生进行思想政治教育工作的主要力量,在高校里有其特殊的地位和作用。对高校辅导员进行培养,提升辅导员的综合素质,是适应新形势,提高学生思想政治教育工作实效性的必然要求。文章首先分析了目前辅导员培养工作中存在的问题及成因分析,提出完善培养机制,对辅导员进行形式多样、系统的培养。

College counselors are the major force of the college students' ideological and political education and play a special role and status in colleges and universities. For adaptation to the new situation and effectiveness-enhancing of the students' ideological and political education, it is thus extremely necessary to cultivate the college counselors and improve their comprehensive quality. This paper firstly makes a analysis of some problems and causes existent in the course of college counselors' work; and then perfect training mechanism and some training ways such as diversified and systematic ones are raised.
