大学新生入学时周围环境改变较大,面临诸多适应问题和发展困惑。传统的新生入学教育不能很好地解决这些问题。本文讨论了将职业生涯规划教育引入大学新生入学教育的必要性,完善新生入学教育的做法。适当地对新生进行职业生涯规划教育,有助于帮助新生更好地认识自我,进行自我定位,确立职业发展方向,科学规划大学生活,增强学生就业能力。

When freshmen entering the University in the first semester, they are literally thrown into an environment full of unfamiliar, and faced with a lot of adaptation problems. Traditional adaptation education for college freshmen cannot perfectly solve those problems. This article discusses the necessity of introducing career development plan education into freshmen entrance education. Those methods could help freshmen students in self-understanding and selfdetermination, and then help them to establish career development goal, make plan of their university lives, finally, enhance their employability.
