This paper researched the requirements and influence of reinforced engineering quantity calculation to new generation cost personnel under new situation from the material variations, structure nodes changes, anchorage length changes and other aspects of new norms and new flap method atlas, and combining with examples gained the detailed calculation process and result visually, so as to provide reference and help to projeet cost research.
