对不同方向形式的FPB整体及各部件的功能和结构特性进行了分析,根据其功能与结构特性,认为采用模块化设计能充分满足各方向形式FPB的功能要求,能提高设计效率;同时也有利于产品的制造和生产组织,有利于产品质量保证,具体探讨了如何实现FPB的模块化设计,以期很好的用于指导FPB设计工作。

This paper mainly analyzes the functions and structural characteristics of FPB as a whole and various parts of it with different directional types. The block-based design of FPB, based on its functions and structural characteristics, is thought to meet the functional requirements of FPB with different directional types sufficiently, and it is conducive for increase efficiency of design , to the benefit of production organization, manufacture and quality assurance of production. Moreover, it also explores how to achieve the block-based design of FPB, it is used to guide FPB design very well.
