Combining with the features of the river systems in Suqian, the paper introduces the application of the urban impression in the urban offshore district along Minbian River in Suqian, and illustrates the relationship among the route, the borders, the regions, the joints and the landmarks of the offshore district of the Minbian River in the city, so as to provide some reference for the development and construction of other urban offshore districts in China.
