Taking some project as the example, the paper reviews some factors, including the bidding documents, the special and technical terms and conditions, the construction period, the progress index analysis, TBM purchase ways, and the bidding control and pricing for owners, and makes out the bidding and pricing strategies for the program by combining with the tunneling engineering cost for the finished projects of similar programs, so as to adopt it in projects.
