According to the increasing cost for per kilometer on expressways recently, the paper analyzes the factors which affect the engineering cost, explores how to reduce the engineering cost of expressways, points out some comprehensive measures, including the coordination of crossing-industry, the reasonable master of the technical standards, and the development for the new structural forms, and undertakes the factual illus- tration, so as to reduce the engineering cost of the expressways.
