The paper analyzes the management of the files of the engineering programs in the construction process for the engineering projects, and enhances the methods and measures for improving the file management according to the common neglecting of the file management and some problems, related to the safety and quality, which will restrain the promotion of the management and efficiency of the engineering construction projects.
