This paper introduced the characteristics, applicable scope and test principle of optical fiber strain sensing technology in pile foundation static load test, and described the technology from process flow, operation essentials, materials and equipment and other aspects, and finally through engineering example proved the feasibility of optical fiber sensing technology.
