在自升式钻井平台在压桩、拔桩作业时,液压油温度达到55℃使用极限,不得不倒换桩腿进行压桩或拔桩作业。为消除这一现象,提高工作时效和设备的利用率,通过研究和试验,合理调节主油泵最高工作压力和主油路溢流阀压力设定值,在保证完成压桩、拔桩作业的同时,使液压系统能耗降低,发热量减少,降低了液压系统在压桩或拔桩作业时液压油的温度,提高了工作时效和设备的利用率。

This thesis applies to the use of hull down or hull up in jack-up drilling platform hydraulic jacking system.The hydraulic oil temperature quickly reached 55 ℃ using limit,we had to change the leg to hull down or hull up. In order to eliminate this phe- nomenon, to improve the work efficiency and utilization of equipment, research and testang reasonable adjustment of the main oil pump pressure and the main oil pressure relief valve semngs to ensure the completion of hull down or hull up operating at the same time, so that the hydraulic system to lower power consumption, heat reduction, reducing the hydraulic system in the hull down or hull up operation of hydraulic oil temperature, improve the work efficiency and utilization of equipment.
