软骨移植物主要包括自体软骨、同种异体软骨、冷冻同种胚胎软骨、骨膜、软骨膜和生物材料等。但软骨移植存在许多缺陷，如供区继发性病变、进行性供区结构异常、移植物弯曲变形，移植物吸收与存活等问题。本文就提高自体软骨移植物活性的方法，包括软骨碎片或颗粒移植和包裹技术等进行综述。
연골이식물주요포괄자체연골、동충이체연골、냉동동충배태연골、골막、연골막화생물재료등。단연골이식존재허다결함，여공구계발성병변、진행성공구결구이상、이식물만곡변형，이식물흡수여존활등문제。본문취제고자체연골이식물활성적방법，포괄연골쇄편혹과립이식화포과기술등진행종술。
Cartilage grafts include autogenous cartilage, allogeneic cartilage, frozen embryonic cartilage, periosteum, perichondrium, biological materials, etc. But there are a lot of shortcomings in cartilage transplantation, such as secondary lesion, progressive structural abnormalities, graft bending deformation, early or later absorption and graft viability. The purpose of this paper is to review the methods which can improve the activity and viability of autogenous cartilage grafts, including crushed cartilage or diced cartilage transplantation and package technologies.
