目的：探讨在剖宫产术中同时行慢性阑尾炎阑尾切除术的可行性。方法对2006年1月~2013年11月在我院住院分娩的60例产妇，其中30例患有慢性阑尾炎，在剖宫产术中同时行阑尾切除术，另30例因社会因素单纯行剖宫产术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果两组术中术后出血量、术后住院天数、产褥病率无显著性差异，手术时间两者比较差异有统计学意义。结论剖宫产术中同时行慢性阑尾炎阑尾切除术，并不增加产褥病率且不影响产后恢复，同时避免了二次手术，减轻了产妇的痛苦及经济负担。现将观察情况报道如下。
목적：탐토재부궁산술중동시행만성란미염란미절제술적가행성。방법대2006년1월~2013년11월재아원주원분면적60례산부，기중30례환유만성란미염，재부궁산술중동시행란미절제술，령30례인사회인소단순행부궁산술적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과량조술중술후출혈량、술후주원천수、산욕병솔무현저성차이，수술시간량자비교차이유통계학의의。결론부궁산술중동시행만성란미염란미절제술，병불증가산욕병솔차불영향산후회복，동시피면료이차수술，감경료산부적통고급경제부담。현장관찰정황보도여하。
Objective: To explore the feasibility in cesarean section and chronic appendicitis appendectomy. Methods: 60 cases of pregnant women in 2006 January to 2013 November in our hospital, including 30 cases of chronic appendicitis, in cesarean section at the same time in appendectomy, another 30 cases clinical data due to social factors underwent cesarean section were analyzed retrospectively. Results: the amount of intraoperative bleeding, postoperative hospitalization after operation in two groups had no significant dif erence in days, puerperal morbidity, there was statistical y significant dif erence between the operation time. Conclusion:the cesarean section and chronic appendicitis, appendectomy, does not increase the puerperal morbidity and does not af ect the postpartum recovery, while avoiding a two operation, to al eviate the suf ering and economic burden of maternal. The observation of the report is as fol ows.
