针对武钢炼钢总厂二分厂生产的双相钢 D4E1磷含量超出内控炉数较多、内控命中率低、表面质量有缺陷的问题,通过对炼钢、连铸工艺进行优化,双相钢 D4E1磷的控制水平提高,内控命中率提高了17.53%,铸坯表面质量明显改善。
針對武鋼煉鋼總廠二分廠生產的雙相鋼 D4E1燐含量超齣內控爐數較多、內控命中率低、錶麵質量有缺陷的問題,通過對煉鋼、連鑄工藝進行優化,雙相鋼 D4E1燐的控製水平提高,內控命中率提高瞭17.53%,鑄坯錶麵質量明顯改善。

This paper concerned the dual phase steel D4E1 in No.2 Branch of General Steelmaking Plant of WISCO,in the production of which the phosphorus content be-yond control was more,the internal control shooting was low,and the surface quality was flawed.Through optimizing the process of steelmaking and continuous casting,the phosphorus control level of D4E1 was improved,with the internal control shooting im-proved by 17.53 %,and the surface quality was also obviously improved.
