针对武钢CSP均热炉炉辊辊环上氧化铁皮的粘附对产品造成缺陷的情况,详细分析了进口炉辊存在的设计和制造的问题及板坯质量缺陷产生的原因,并从工艺、设备等方面提出相应的改进措施,使热轧产品表面质量改判率稳定在2%以下,冷轧材表面质量合格率从最初的25.00%提高到99.71%。
針對武鋼CSP均熱爐爐輥輥環上氧化鐵皮的粘附對產品造成缺陷的情況,詳細分析瞭進口爐輥存在的設計和製造的問題及闆坯質量缺陷產生的原因,併從工藝、設備等方麵提齣相應的改進措施,使熱軋產品錶麵質量改判率穩定在2%以下,冷軋材錶麵質量閤格率從最初的25.00%提高到99.71%。

In view of the product defects caused by the adherence of the iron scale on the furnace roller of CSP soaking pits in WSICO,the design and manufacturing problems of the imported furnace roller were analyzed in detail,and so was the reason of the slab surface defects.Improvement solutions from process and facilities were carried out. Then the j udgment-changing rate of the surface quality of hot rolling products is con-trolled to below 2 % steadily,and the qualified ratio of the surface quality of cold rolling products increased from the original 25.00 % to 99.71 %.
