旨在研究外源性核苷酸对产蛋后期蛋鸡抗氧化作用及免疫机能的影响。选取体重均一的450日龄产蛋后期蛋鸡80只,随机分为对照组(C)和实验组(E)。两组在前期饲喂正常日粮的基础上添加0.25%核苷酸,450日龄时C组继续前期的核苷酸添加,E组停喂核苷酸。停喂15、45d后两组分别随机选取10只,处死并收集血液及器官组织样品进行相关指标的测定。结果显示:停喂15d时,实验组肝脏、肾脏中MDA含量,肝脏、肾脏、心脏、输卵管中IL-1β含量,肝脏、肾脏中TNF-α含量都显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);停喂45d时,实验组肝脏、肾脏、十二指肠中MDA含量,肝脏、肾脏、心脏中IL-1β含量,肝脏、心脏中TNF-α含量都显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。组织中IL-2含量以及15d输卵管中T-AOC变化刚好相反。说明外源性核苷酸对产蛋后期蛋鸡组织器官具有抗氧化以及调节免疫作用。

The present study investigates the effect of feeding exogenous nucleotides on antioxi- dant and immune activity of old laying hens. 80 old laying hens of 450 days are randomly divid- ed into two groups : the control group and the experimental group. They are fed with basal diet supplemented with 0. 25M nucleotides before the experiment. When they are 450 days, the control group are fed as before, while the experimental group are stopped feeding nucleotides. 10 old laying hens from each group are randomly slaughtered to collect blood and tissue sam- ples after 15 d and 45 d respectively. The samples are determined by kit. The results show that on the 15th day, the contents of MDA in liver and kidney, IL-1β in liver, kidney, heart and oviduct, TNF-α in liver and kidney of the experimental group are higher compared with that of the control group (P〈0.05). On the 45th day, the contents of MDA in liver, kidney and duo- denum, IL-1β in liver, kidney and heart, TNF-α in liver and heart of the experimental group are higher compared with that of the control group (P〈0. 05). The contents of IL-2 in tissues and T-AOC in oviduct on the 15th day of the experimental group are reversed. Therefore, ex- ogenous nucleotides can develop honantioxidant and immune activity of old laying hens.
