采用紫外分光光度法测定了不同温度下萘在(NH4)2SO4盐水溶液中的活度系数r。将不同温度下萘的lgr分别对盐的浓度Cs作图,得到一系列直线,均符合Setschenow盐效应经验公式。直线的斜率即为各温度下(NH4)2SO4盐对萘的盐析常数K。实验结果表明:(NH4)2SO4盐对萘的盐析常数随着温度的升高而增大,并拟合出盐析常数K和温度T呈对数关系,关系式为K=0.1107lnT+0.1185。

The activity quotient r of naphthalene in (NH4 )2SO4 solution under different temperatures was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method. The salty concentration Cs ploted at different temperatures naphthyl lgr and a straight line was got, where Setschenow salt effect empirical formula followed and the slope indicated the salting out constant K of (NH4 )2SO4 salt to naphthalene under various temperatures. It could be found that the salting out constant of (NH4 )2SO4 salt to naphthalene increases with increasing the temperature. Finally, the logarithm relations of salting out constant K and temperature T was assumed and plotted, indicating that the relation equation was: K =0. 1 107lnT +0. 1185.
