山东中医药大学注重实践与创新能力培养,创建了实践创新型人才培养体系,主要包括六个方面：汇通中西融通文理医结合的创新人才培养模式、分层次模块化的课程项目体系、教学方法与手段、多元化的考核评价体系、具有创新精神的教师队伍和综合实践创新能力培养平台,实践创新型人才培养取得显著成效。
