城市物质空间不断发展更新的过程中,多重利益关系的涌现与交织不可避免,而追求经济利益成为首当其冲的目标。为改善和解决这些经济利益和社会利益的冲突,国家出台了各个层面的政策,我国的《物权法》体现中国经济社会发展和观念的更新。本文在此对物权法实施背景下的旧城更新中利益冲突的原因进行分析探讨,以探寻解决问题的途径和方法。

In the process of unceasingly develops in the city material space which renews, the multiple benefit relations emergence with interweaves inevitably, but pursues the goal which the economic interest becomes bears the brunt. To improve and solve the conflict of economic interests and social interests, the country introduced at all levels of policy, China＇s property law reflects the economic and social development and the concept of update. This article discusses the analysis of the causes of the conflict of interest under the background about the implementation of property law in urban renewal, to explore ways and means to solve the problem.
