永磁无刷直流电机定子振动特性的研究对降低电机噪声和抑制电机的振动有重要意义.以某电动车用永磁直流无刷电机为研究对象,利用Ansys软件建立定子结构的参数化模型,并对影响振动特性的因素进行灵敏度分析.以此为依据对定子进行优化设计,为该类电机的振动特性优化提供依据.

It is important to study the vibration characteristics of the stator for permanent magnet brushless DC motor,aiming to reduce motor noise and vibration suppression.The parameters of the model stator structure were established with ANSYS software on basis of permanent magnet brushless DC electric motor car,to analyze the sensitivity of the factors affected the vibration.The design of the stator can be optimized according to the result and provide a reference for optimization of Vibration characteristics of this kind of the motor.
