试验分别采用4种不同的工艺方法:减粘后渣油拔轻油后制道路沥青;减粘前和减粘后渣油按不同比例进行调和制道路沥青;减粘后渣油先拔轻油然后再与减粘后渣油调和制道路沥青;浅度氧化制备道路沥青。试验表明,4种方法都能得到合格的60#普通道路沥青,并且得到了较合适的工艺条件。

Four processes were used to produce road asphah: taking vacuum residue topped light oil as raw material to produce road asphalt, reconciling the residue before and after visbreaking in different proportions, recon- ciling the vacuum residue topped light oil and vacuum residue, shallow oxidizing the vacuum residue to prepare road asphalt. The results showed that 60 normal road asphalt could be got by the four processes, and appropriate process conditions were obtained.
