基于投入产出分析理论，引入了环境损失费用系数矩阵、废物治理费用系数矩阵，结合投入产出分析方法，测算了企业生产中的排污费用系数矩阵和环境损失费用矩阵，对企业外部不经济行为造成的环境损失进行量化，给出了企业采取自行治理废物措施及企业缴纳排污费用两种情况下的产品绿色价格测算模型。实践表明：该模型可用于评价产品采用绿色价格是否影响到它的市场竞争力，对企业生产中的产品选择和价格的确定具有重要参考价值。

Based upon the theory of Input--Output analysis, this paper introduces the concepts of environmental loss cost coefficient matrix and waste management charge coefficient matrix. Combining the method of In- put-Out analysis,the paper also introduces blowdown cost coefficient matrix and environmental loss cost matrix,which are used to quantify the environment loss of external diseconomies of companies, and gives the product green price calculation models based on both two cases： enterprises adopt voluntarily governance waste measures,and enterprises pay blowdown cost. Further more, the model can also be used to measure how the product green price impact its market competitiveness,which is a valuable reference for enterprises to choose their productions and determine their prices.
