利用电感耦合等离子光谱法测定了蛋氨酸硒类饲料添加剂中硒元素的含量,研究表明:回收率为97.0%~103.3%,相对标准偏差为0.66%。该方法简便,易操作,加标回收率高,重复性好。探讨了蛋氨酸硒类饲料添加剂样品前处理方法对测定结果的影响。

The content of Se in feed additive of selenium methionine is determined by means of ICP--AES,and the results indicate that RSD is 0.66G and recovery is 97.0%-103.3%. The method is simple,convenient and accurate. Besides,the paper also analyses the influences of pretreatment method on Feed additive of sele- nium methionine .
