通过对日照梦幻沙滩公园概况的分析、设计理念的阐述，对公园建筑、植物、路网、亮化等景观的解析，诠释了日照梦幻沙滩公园“人与自然和谐共生”的设计主题理念，提出了以人为本和生态节能两大设计原则，探讨了公园建成后的管理方式，为沿海城市海岸的保护性开发管理提供了借鉴模式。

Based on the overview of Rizhao Dream Beach Park, elaboration design concept, analysis of the landscape of park construction, plant, road network, lighting, etc. , this paper interpretes the design concept of ＂man and nature in harmonious coexistence＂ of Rizhao Dream Beach Park, highlights the two design princi- ples of the people--oriented and ecological energy saving,and analyses the management mode after the park is built. The ＂man and nature in harmonious coexistence＂ of the protective development model and ＂decentralization＂ management model after completion can provide reference model for coast protection development management in coastal city.
