针对31.5MN快锻液压机功率浪费严重的问题,在分析已有快锻由路的基础上,研究采用蓄能器的新型节能快锻回路,分析蓄能器快锻回路的工作原理,建立电液比例插装阀、蓄能器、工作缸子系统、回程缸子系统、负载子系统的动态数学模型,在此基础上建立整个液压机快锻回路的数学模型。用Matlab/Sumlink对所建模型进行仿真,结果表明,采用蓄能器实现快锻节能是可行的,蓄能器快锻回路能够满足快锻特性的要求。

A new energy-saving and fast forging hydraulic press using accumulator was presented be- cause of the problem that 31.5MN fast forging hydraulic press has low energy utilization. The existing fast forging circuit was analyzed. The principle of operation was analyzed. The dynamic model of elec- trohydraulic proportional cartridge valves, accumulator, work batch system, return batch system, and load subsystem were found. The mathematical model of the whole fast forging process and Matlab/Su- link simulation were built. The results show that the fast forging hydraulic press using accumulator performed perfectly and the feasibility was validated
