课程评价在课程改革与建设中具有重要的作用，将课程评价贯穿课程开发和实施的全过程，是课程改革与建设不可缺少的一环，是不断优化课程设计，推进课程改革与建设的重要手段。本文以常州纺院精品课《电工技术》所开展的课程评价改革为例，介绍基于发展性评价理念的“知、会、能”三维一体的考核实践及其所产生的“三防、二减、一提高”之成效。
