近些年来,在高职院校参加各级各类比赛中,学生作为技术能手异军突起。然而,其职业素养尚需提炼、传承及进行教学转化。本文认为,应实现竞赛精神与就业导向的有机结合,实现技术能手向创新型应用人才的提升,设计一种优秀职业素养向教学改革的现实转化的高职课程。并对学生技术能手职业素养传承与教学转化路径进行了探析。

In recent years, vocational colleges participate in various competitions, the students appear as the sudden emergence of technical experts. Its professionalism, however, still need refining, transmission and conversion of teaching. This paper argues that, to achieve the organic combination of the spirit of competition and employment-oriented, technical experts to enhance the innovative application of talent, and outstanding professionalism of the design a reality transformed into vocational courses to the teaching reform. Finally, discuss the students' technical experts professionalism heritage and teaching conversion path.
