社会对人才类型的需求如同社会对产品类型的需求，高职人才培养可以根据快速成形的理论和方法，先根据需求建立不同的人才模型，然后将不同的人才模型分解成培养这类人才所需的知识模块和技能模块，再收集整理各种人才模型所需知识和技能模块，建立标准知识和技能模块库，并根据需要从库中抽取不同模块，通过一定的方法将这些知识和技能模块有机地连结就可以培养出社会所需要的各类科技应用型人才。
